So sometimes I try to go a day without washing my hair. I have read it's really bad to wash your hair everyday-- something about stripping the natural oils and making the hair dry. Most dry shampoos that I have tried are powders that you sprinkle on your scalp and then brush through-- Sometimes the brands would leave a light powdery finish on my hair that I didn't care for.

Is a "protein" condition the same as deep conditioner?
EX
if I have a moisterizing conditioner and use that for 3 weeks.
Can I deep condition the 4th week- and have the same effects?
