St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra & The Beaches Sponsored Post

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of St Augustine, Ponte Vedra & The Beaches, Florida. All opinions are 100% mine.

I've been to Florida a couple times throughout my life and every time I am taken aback by the stunning natural beauty of the states gorgeous beaches and landmarks. If I were to choose a future getaway to Florida, I would definitely pick the towns of St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra and the Beaches for a Florida getaway unlike any other! Why you ask?  Simple. Here, brick streets lead to historic churches, living history museums, antiques stores, charming restaurants and B&Bs, and shops. A centuries-old fort stands guard, horse-drawn carriages clip-clop through the historic district, and ghost tours show you the area’s secrets. There is historical landmarks throughout the towns, attractions for the whole family, countless art galleries and culture to explore, luxury and romance for that perfect couples getaway, and miles of stunning nature preserves and beaches waiting to be viewed and taken in-- not mention the amazing golf courses available to perfect that swing!

The towns of St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra and the Beaches have many, many exclusive resorts, bed and breakfasts, and hotels awaiting your arrival.
I think I would choose to stay at the St Augustine Beach Front Resort. It's an oceanfront hotel with island flair next to Anastasia State Park, just 4.7 miles from historic downtown. Amenities for your comfort and pleasure include the oceanside pool with 116-foot waterslide, kiddie water park and tiki bar! It sounds perfect and very family friendly!

My Three Day Itinerary:
Day One: Check in at the St. Augustine Beach Front Resort. Then from there I think we would take a leisurely afternoon at the beach-- perhaps Ponte Vedra! Look at that scenery!
Day Two: I would take the family on a historical day of sightseeing including the Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park, and the cross of Mission Nombre de Dios.
And on our third and last day I think we would explore the many art galleries and famous shopping the towns have to offer. Bring back the great souvenirs for family at home!
